Reverse DNS (rDNS) is a way to resolve an IP address to a domain name. You can set rDNS, sometimes referred to as PTR, by submitting a support ticket while logged into your client area and requesting that we set rDNS for you. When submitting the request, please use the following format.
For example, if you wanted to set rDNS for the domain exampledomain.com to the IP address 126.96.36.199 the request would appear as follows.
If you’re making this request for multiple domains, the format is the same. For example, if you want to set rDNS for the domains domain1.com and domain2.com to the IP addresses 188.8.131.52 and .184.108.40.206 the request would appears as follows.
By utilizing this format, this will ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible and that there are no errors while processing your request.
